It took far too long for an oil change. I was third in line at 7AM and didn't get out until 8:50.

I got a text saying my truck was ready. As far as servicing goes it was. When I went t ok pick my truck up I found out that my warranty company (warranty splutions) had not paid there portion of the bill. I had to cover there portion as well. My truck was in yur possession for over 48 hours (overnight). The man helping me started emailing the company at 1pm today to get it paid. Warrant solutions was contacted yesterday to get the ok to pay for the problem so why didnt the clerk start getting the money from them then? I was later told this is the way things are to put pressure on the customer to get the money from the warranty company. REALLY?!?! ITS MY JOB TO GET THE WARRANTY CKMPANY T OK PAY?!?! He tried calling in my presence and there office was closed for the weekend. So for me to get my truck I had to pay for everything. This should of been handled from the get go when the diagnosis was done for my truck!
