I was totally disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service received at Win Chevrolet on Friday 4/10/20. I had to take my 2018 Malibu in for service due to a water leak inside the car. The carpet on the passenger side of car was completely wet and had been like this for a month. I stated my concerns to my service advisor Alberto Guzman when I dropped off the car and again when he called to let me know of the leaks found. When I picked up my car I was gold the carpet was “dried the best they could” with the car heater. I addressed my concerns of the amount of water I had felt and the smell I had inside the car due to the issue. Mr. Guzman started that at if I was not happy I could bring the car back. I was also told “don’t know why your made, it’s not like you’re being charged for this” . This is the worst experience I have ever had with any service and my car still has an awful moldy smell.

The service I received from Alberto was everything I hope and expected it to be. He was very nice and patient. I would give him a 10/10.The actually servicing my car received was not ideal. I’m not sure what I was being charged for since the bill is so vague, also kind of **** that if you don’t ask for a certain service it won’t be preformed. For example my report came back saying I needed a new air filter urgently.it would’ve appreciated if they would’ve asked if I wanted to change that since I was already there. Also they usually run cars through the car wash and my car came back the same way it came in. It would’ve been nice to get the wash.

Horrible communication. In the almost 3 months of the dealership not being able to fix my car they had me return my rental and get back into a broken unsafe car they couldn’t fix because I wasn’t allowed to have the rental anymore. This last visit was pleasant and professional. However, the reason it was a good visit was because the service attendants came out to the cars to attend people immediately because of the whole corona virus situation. This is how the service department should be operating. Prior to the corona virus we would have to park the car, get off and search for someone to help us. Very unprofessional. I hope the service department stays like this even after the corona virus is controlled.

Mr. Guzman was able to assist me with my vehicle and also went out of his way to help me with my GM rewards points, which I truly felt so thankful for helping me. His enthusiasm for my satisfaction goes a long way in my book for customer satisfaction, thank you from a repeat customer.

I went in for the regular service on my Chevy Colorado that I prepaid for when I bought my truck when I was called to pick up and when when I was about to leave I checked my rims and tires that I had marked because I wanted to see where they rotated my tires and I realize they didn't even rotate them which is part of my service and they didn't even wash my truck they gave me back a dirty truck so I went back in and asked the guy how come they didn't rotate my tires and wash my truck and he said oh did you want that done and I said well it is part of my package and he said to me okay hold on if you can wait longer I can get it done for you and I was already there over an hour so I told him no how can I trust that he even did what they were supposed to do in the first place and after I complained why would I give it to him knowing he could mess up my truck so I told him I'll never go back to that dealership again and I was thinking of buying a new truck and now I've got to reconsider that and then he didn't even seem to be upset or worried about me leaving unsatisfied knowing that they didn't do the job they were supposed to do he didn't really care needless to say I probably will not buy another Chevy at that dealership because I don't feel that they care about the customer if you have any questions feel free to call me

As far as the service given by your service technician and you're service manager it was great customer service was great the only problem I have is that I took it in for transmission problem they supposedly fixed it three days later I take it back because it was worse than the first time so you took several weeks for them to get a straight but as of right now I think everything is okay but as far as customer service goes your service rep in and technicians are customer service is great
