Alberto, my car is finally fixed. Thank Tim for me. When I left your dealership, instantly I felt the the engine running smoother. I believe I had a miss fire since the car was new. Just got back from a “spirited,” test drive. My car and owner is extremely happy

I was satisfied with Alberto but I took my truck in for a problem. My truck was kept for 4 days not even a wash could of been done. I just bought this truck and I’m already having issues has me greatly disappointed. I did not have the opportunity to receive a loaner instead I was sent home in a Lyft. This is my first Chevrolet and so far I’m not to happy I’ve had a few recalls and now this.

Dropped my car off at 11am , I had to call at 2pm to be told that Gerardo will call like in a hour to see if my warranty covered. Call me back at 4pm saying not didn’t cover. I got to the dealership at 4:10pm he was busy talking to co workers I had to ask him twice for my car he stated oh by law I have to finish up your paper work so I waited another 30 minutes I got my car back and he didnt even inspect the air pressure as he stated on the paper work I had a low pressure light on. By farthest the WORST!!!severice adviser I’ve ever came across!!!
