David was very receptive to my needs. He called to let me know my car had arrived around 3pm Friday. Told me what he suspected the issue was, what the cost would be to diagnose the issue. Once that was done and the issue discovered, he called with his findings and a cost for repair. The part had to be delivered overnight and the car was completed by noon on Saturday. Thank you so much for the assistance in getting the car fixed! Hope to not be back again soon for major repairs, but if the need arises, I will be back to this dealership only. Great experience here!

Apparently bolts of my skid plate were broke off in prior oil changes and it’s just now being reported to me. I asked if you guys were going to fix it and it was a big back step. As in we don’t know if we did it . Well the only reason to get to my skid plate is for an oil change sooo.

Had a recall get fixed today. Said it should take about an hour. He was absolutely right!
First off they used my car to go grab something out of an employee car. If my car was going to be treated like a golf cart I would have brought it somewhere else. Then when I came to pick the car up the lady just threw the keys on the desk. Didn’t even look at me or tell me where my car is. Luckily your sales staff is amazing (Anthony was my sales guy) but service is awful.
Patrick is great. He takes the time to go back in my service record and see if I missed any recommended services or if it's time to do any of them.
Prompt efficient service. Darin explained everything and even gave me an estimated Time. I only take this car to Pappas because of employees like him.

They are made & all Toyota vans have the same issue. It’s very annoying
