Would have preferred a more detailed explanation of why the problem exists and if it’s only superficial why not correct it before it gets worse (rust) in frame instead of just saying bring it back in a few months and will check again ! My time is also valuable! Nothing was written as what was performed on vehicle

I spoke with 3 different employees 3 separate times and made sure that it would not be an issue to have my car back home before 4 because I needed it to pick my husband up from work since we share one vehicle. That last gentleman I spoke with said “we will make sure of it, I will tell them 3:30 so you have it in time.” I received a text message at 2:30 telling me my car was finished. At 3:55 I still hadn’t received my car or any kind of communication about it. At this time I called Pappas and I was told my car was in fact finished, “I am looking for someone to bring your car back to you. I’ll find someone and tell them to bring it ASAP.” I waited another 45 minutes until my car arrived. I do appreciate the service provided to pick up my vehicle so that I could remain safe in my home, but it seems like there was a lot of disorganization throughout this whole process. I spoke with so many different employees, messages were not relayed amongst them so I received several phone calls regarding the same thing. I was called for my payment 3 times because of an issue with getting my card number correct. Multiple people called me to confirm my appointment and each seemed confused that I had already confirmed it with someone else. When I mentioned a coupon I had from the website no one I spoke with seemed to have information regarding discounts available at this time. And my husband had to wait for me at work for nearly an hour. I’m not angry, but it was a bummer still.

The wait was a lot longer than I was told and there was little concern that it took so long after I was told a much shorter time would be needed to complete all the work.

The display keeps coming up that the vehicle needs to be serviced. I guess the guy did not reset the car. So I'm driving around with a message that service is needed. They have always reset that in the past why wasn't this done this time I have no idea.

First of all, I came in for a scheduled tire rotation and oil change. 11/2 hrs later I go out to the garage to see where we were with getting out...I checked in at 9:20 ...it was 10:45 and I had a patient coming in to clinic at 11:00. ( I’m a Nurse). I get told “0h yes, you need.. all I heard was a bunch of things that I didn’t know what they were or why all of a sudden I needed them. Those “things” added up to over $450!Im going to check with others what these things are, whether I really need them and the price of doing business elsewhere. I was really unhappy with the employees not wearing masks, using social distancing with each other or clients. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and I’m not sure how I feel about ever coming back.
