The service person I spoke to was very nice, got my truck checked in quickly and let me know they could get it in right away. I was there less than an hour. So far, always great service at this dealership unlike others.

When my vehicle was taken to star dodge I was given his contact and he was supposed to be the one taking care of me. I have never spoken to him. I have called on a few occasions and left messages and never received a call back. I voiced my concerns about the situation and was given a different guy to deal with. (Matthew Calvert.) He kept me informed of what was going on and did what he said he was going to do.
