Was very satisfied with my service Servando has always been a good representative and always treating me with respect and professional always making me feel like I can trust him alway goes out of his way to explain any concerns I may have Great service rep! I spent 8k because your techs diagnosed a bad ingine. after 2 weeks on the shop and new engine the same symptoms occur. I will need this resolved asap.

Una semana ates fui a cambio de aciete y ustedes me recomedaron limpieza de injectors y fliers de aire y una semana despues me presento en el tablero el check inger y mi carro Andava sin fallas y lo lleve para que lo cheqaran y me sale que tuve que pagar 1000 dolares

My service visit to Central Ford for my F150 was great. My service consultant Mr. Rene Lugo Villaseñor made sure that I got my truck back asap. He did his best to make my visit to Central Ford a pleasant one. I really appreciated him for doing that.

My car was perfectly fine I took it for a liquid flush and I don’t know what they did to it it doesn’t have any anti freeze and it’s over heating now.
