Overall the best customer service experience. Will definitely be back with Rene. He went above and beyond for myself and my father in law. He was very courteous, professional, honest and answered all our questions. employees like him that excel in customer service and making one feel welcome are very hard to find know a days. Excellent customer service. First Time at the dealership at this particular Ford location. I knew it was there, but kept going to Long Beach where I purchased my vehicle. It wasn't until my last visit at LB that I was told I could go to any Ford with my extended warranty. That dealership became aware of my situation with caring for my dad and would often try to accommodate me where they could. Rene greeted me right away, I let him know I was a first time customer at that location and it was my "home" location, so I'd be starting to use it going forward. It's nice to put a face to someone when you're calling in and even nicer when you trust that they're taking care of one of your possessions. He answered all my questions and walked me through the drop off, check out process. Felt very comfortable.
