I love bringing my car to Central ford because of the excellence service a d customer service. I took my car in this weekend and i have never waited so long in 6 years ive had my car. got there at 7:30 am and did not leave until 4pm when my car was fixed. I am not sure why they took so long. Maybe because i was not paying out of pocket and it was covered by my insurance but i thought that that 9 hours was insane. I may not take my care there ever again to be honest. I do demand a free oil change or a nice perk for making me wait that long. I am still shocked why it took so long to fix my car when it only would take 45 min to fix it per the update i got. I was told " your car has "this and this" and it should only take 30-40 mins. It was the most horrible experience i have ever had in ford.

I was not completely satisfied I had to take my car twice because there was a noise after the filters were change. The first time I was told that it was a malfunction with the filter. When they told me that it was fix I turn it on and the noises was still there. It was not entered into the system . The second time I was told that there was some leaves that were in the motor.

I was excited that all I had to do was come in. Today’s service was the fastest in & out ever (1 hour). I waited for my vehicle in the waiting area. I was comfortable even with COVID-19 restrictions. The waiting room was arranged to accommodate the 6 feet apart safety guidelines. Everyone wore face masks. Since I am a caregiver, my mom is 90 years old, I appreciate the efficiency and speediness of the service. I was highly satisfied with my visit today. Thank you

I was very pleased my car was ready so quickly and exactly the length of time Servando told me when he wrote up my order. The waiting room and restroom was very clean. Been a customer many years and am grateful for the service I always receive at Central Ford.

I feel I was over charged. I understand that the labor is expensive, however, I am feeling that the labor was extremely overpriced.
