No quede completamente satisfecho con el servicio y me refiero al departamento de servicio lleve mi auto por una falla mecánica no por un servicio de mantenimiento pague casi $700 dólares y aun así no tuvieron la amabilidad de entregarme el auto limpio estaba todo lleno de polvo la atención del señor René fue magnífica estupenda muy amable Gracias señor René por su atención solo por usted yo regresaría a llevar mi auto para una próxima vez a partir de

Rene was really helpful thumps up to him but the service took too long. Was told it would be ready in two hours so I called and they told me maybe about another hour so it can be ready. Called a hour and a half later and still wasn’t ready. Took 4 hours for a oil change. Wish i would’ve known it was going to take four hours from the beginning

Was completely exhilarated once Alejandra let me know I could use my Ford Reward points towards an unexpected expense on my Ford Fusion service. Plus Alejandra made sure the mechanics checked that there was no further damage to the undercarriage of my car.

Andy was rude from the first day I had called. I told him why I was calling and he insisted that I didn't need to do anything since I had already fixed the car. I really felt he didn't want to help me with the recall. It took two more tries to actually get my car seen. When they said 3 to 4 hours, the kept my car until I called the next day. Then he told me he had to order parts and it would take a week. Three weeks later I called until he said the part was still not there, but he would call me. He dis a few days later. I took the car in the day he was off. Since I had previously been told it would take 3 to 4 hours, I left my van after work and walked a couple miles for a ride home. The next day I didn't hear anything so I called about 2pm. He couldn't find my car and then he realized after about 15 minutes that the car hadn't been touched. The car was "done" by 4pm that day. Really disappointed with my service.

first things first , the guy (Andy) asks me "did you buy the truck here?" i answered him no and he automatically tells my tow truck guy to park the truck all the way to the back , not only that my truck was in this dealer's "service" for TWO months & they did not lay a finger on it , i would ask for updates regarding my vehicle, i would call, get sent to service and after a couple of rings it would hang up , i would call back constantly until they answered , would always tell me he'll (Andy) get back to me about 1/10 times he would , and when he would , he would always tell me that "it's up next", i called Galpin Ford & is told them what the issue was & they quickly told me "what ?! no , 2 months is way too long , bring it Monday morning i'll take a look at it that same day" (i called on a friday afternoon) worst service ever , wouldn't recommend too anyone at all.
