Not really I was told to go pick up my car the next day after 3 pm I got there after 5 pm and the cashier did not have my paper work I never spoke to no one some one only handed me a paper and I was told that I was going to get a call from rene which I never did I don't even know if the service was done

I broke down 4 times before I came to Central Ford. The Tech opened up my Transit Van and found out why my water hose kept being cut. It was the after market Air- Compressor! Now I know what needs to be replaced. Great customer service and excellent diagnosis as to what happened what needs to be done and they fixed my hose and I drove all the way from LA to San Diego without any further breakdowns! Thanks for your help guys!

Mr.Cordova was very kind. Unfortunately the company was very unprofessional. I called the week before to explain that I received a recall letter. We then discussed my vehicle and they expressed they had they had the inventory in stock . I then took my vehicle in a few days later. When I arrived at the service department Mr. Cordova then greeted me and expressed my vehicle would be ready at the end of the day. I then paid to Uber home. After being home for possibly three to four hours Mr. Cordova called me to express parts we're on back order not in stock and I could pick up my vehicle. I then had to Uber back at my expense . When they expressed to me just keep checking when the part's on hand. To cut to the point waisted day off of work that cost me for your companies unprofessionalism. Very disappointed my vehicle is still not fixed.

Mal servicios ya ban dos veces que segun arreglan mi carro de un liqueo de aceite y sigue igual llame para hacer una cita ye disen que no es nesesaria la cita hoy fui y lleve el carro para que lo arregalran del mismo problema y me dijeron que no que tengo que hacer cita ,,entonces que cervicio es ese por que juegan de esa forma con los clientes
