Worst service, the service department keep my brand new truck for a whole week with negative results, it was just a waste of my time taking my truck to Ford central, all I received were just excuses and they never performed the services need on my truck, Rudy the manager and Rene the service advisor seem to be unaware of how to operate a service department because customer service was never address, I am happy did not waste more time because I know their service management is really bad and for sure Ford Central will never have another chance with my business ever again -Salvador
