The communication while we were there was terrible. And the text system you use to keep us up to date should be eliminated. No one watched it or answers you. What’s the purpose of even having it?

There have been multiple issues with the service from the original scheduling of the appointment, to the car replacement part not being completed in the timetable promised, to the car being washed at the end, but having bird poop all over the front. It has not been a great experience. And since my car was at your shop, it has been glitching on the computer all day today

I brought the vehicle in for a check engine light. I live an hr away and no courtesy vehicles were available. I came back to pick the vehicle on Sunday and on Monday the light was back on. Now I’m out of warranty. I was told that for $200 I can have it evaluated and then if I go through with the repairs, Volvo will put the $200 towards the cost. Obviously it wasn’t repaired the first time so why would I bring it back….
