Jackie is a fantastic asset to your operation!!! She is kind, courteous and a breath of fresh air when I booked my appointment when I got there for my service and when I left your dealership!!! Because of her I will continue to have my service of my VALVO yes VALVO my name is Val again in the future!

No one greets you as you walk in and acknowledge that you are waiting. A part that was ordered 3 weeks before my appt still wasn't painted and couldn't be installed. I haven't received any update on timing either. I love working with Jacqui but she's always so busy and it constantly feels like you are understaffed. I've also experienced other issues in the past that makes this experience yet another one of frustration. And when someone has a higher end vehicle you don't give them a loaner that's less than what they currently have.

I received exceptional service as always. I was greeted when I got there. I was also kept up to date with the process of my car being serviced. Various people in the service department offered it me water. I always have a good experience with the service department.

I have always had outstanding service in the past in the past. On this day I was in a hurry. They were to do only a simple oil change and check the car. Jackie said the service should take an hour and a 1/2 to 2 hours.
My appointment was at 10:15.. I told Jackie that I had a very important appointment at 2 PM. Around 12:30 Jackie let me know we know that the car wasn't going to be ready anytime soanytime soon. I told her I needed to leave.. She asked if I wanted to leave without getting a car wash which would take another half hour. I told her I needed the car and I needed to leave as soon as possible without a car wash. She chat and said they are just finishing up on the oil change inch and will bring your car unwashed as soon as possible. I was able to get in my unwashed car a little after 1 PM.
I do not know what was going on in the service departmen. That wasn't ridiculous amount of time for simple oil change and check.
Jackie was fantastic! Jackie has always been outstanding and letting me know what I need and what to expect She clearly did the best she could under the circumstances as she always does.
