Part of the reason I decided to return and purchase my sixth Volvo was the high level of service I experienced with my first five. This sadly is not the case with my most recent purchase under the dealerships current ownership. It is almost impossible to get a representative on the phone or to return a call. I had to contact my sales person to be able to get my car in for service. Getting updates was non existent. Extremely disappointed.
Communicated with me every step of the way and repair was handled promptly. Thank you! Great job!

Appointment was at 10 car did not go back until 11. After that I was very pleased.
Not because of Bert. I had a rental and returned the rental in the same condition as it was given to me. My car on the other hand was not in the same condition I dropped it off it. Had severe scratched and a dent on drivers side along with scratches with paint missing along windshield and rear view mirrors. They left their customers vehicles out during the hurricane and put their new Volvos away so they wouldn’t need to make claims on those and didn’t care for their customers vehicles that were in their possession for repairs. Did not call to tell me anything about my vehicle. Then when I come to pick up the car I notice the damage only to be told by Jorge the manager the GM states that they will not repair any damage on the cars in their possession. Done with this Volvo.

Jace made my first time service appt with McGrath seamless. He was quick, efficient and offered great customer service!
McGrath Volvo refused to perform the seatbelt recall on my car saying they needed payment for a repair first (the repair was initiated by a different mechanic). The service personnel also stated they would send my receipt via email (I ended up paying for the repair). He confirmed my email address with me, but I have yet to receive the document. Should I be injured as a result of a seatbelt failure, I guess you will be hearing from me. Outside of that I will strive to never darken your doorway with my hard earned dollars again!!
Awesome experience all around. Jace's customer care and focus is the best. My salesman Tyler is just as good. I would highly rexxomend McGrath to everyone I know and meet. Thank you.
Jace helped us though the first steps of getting our two swamped Volvos out of the garage and to McGrath to determine their survival. He recommended a great towing company!
