Happy to have my convertible top working properly!
Charged for oil change and wheel alignment $309.12 as appeared on credit card receipt. Additional charge of $69. appeared on credit card statement. Several calls into service and billing for explanation had gone unanswered. Due to excessive delays in completing work a loaner car was offered and accepted. No discussion of any charges for same and no invoice supplied. If additional charge was for loaner would not have accepted. Only hade car for ~ 2 hrs. Need explanation.

The service advisor was great (Jackie). The time to complete the work on the vehicle was also great, completed in less time than expected. There should be more than one service advisor present to handle the volumes of customers that were waiting on Jackie. She looked after everyone letting them know where they were at in the que and was un flustered taking her time to ensure that everyone got taken care of. So kudos to Jackie!!!
Upon reviewing my paperwork I thought
I would receive something showing everything that had been checked on my vehicle. It was the first service since I purchased it in May of last year. Maybe I was unsure of what was required? I am here from Canada and thought there was more to it or maybe not. It’s not that I am
not happy with the service, I thought would be more required. I should have asked more questions maybe.
She is amazing, and takes care of details and concerns her customers have.

Juan was very attentive and helpful, but as I drove away from the dealership, a LOT of smoke started coming out of the car. Apparently, the machine that measures the oil at the service center was not working and it overfilled my car with oil and it was burning it. Juan was able to provide me with a loaner vehicle for a couple of hours until my car was fixed. But overall, I was disappointed with the technical difficulties since my day had to be shifted in a different direction as originally planned.
Jaqueline Pfeiffer was outstanding. Went above and beyond to get my car serviced and was lovely. Incredible problem solver and excellent customer service.
I would also like to acknowledge Jace and thank him for his customer service through your new text service regarding my new Volvo. He always gets back to me and provides outstanding customer service.
