Jacquie is great. She is courteous. Helpful and makes you feel like she really cares. She has assisted us before and I really appreciate her attitude and professionalism.
I made an appointment to have a tire repaired for 2pm. At 3:30 I saw my car still sitting outside and inquired about it. They promptly brought it in, and 20 minutes later tried to return it to me saying “nothing was wrong”. I rejected the return having filled an empty tire an hour earlier. They took the car back and found a nail in the right rear tire. I took me 3 hours and two attempts to repair a simple nail in my tire. This was my first service with McGrath. I was not impressed and will consider driving to Naples for future service unless I find out that it is the same company.

I am not completely happy with the interaction but the reason I wanted to respond to this is because of Herbert. He handled the situation great and I respect that a lot. What ever you are paying that guy is not enough. Things could have definitely could have gone differently without his presence and skill. Herbert gets all the stars.

The price of almost $1900 was absurd. There is no way the labor on this job was what was stated. You've done this to me before on an engine mount, where I was charged 4 hours labor and it took a matter of minutes.
