Wasn’t friendly and didn’t give 2 shits about any or all the issues I was having with my actual car or the loaner I was having. I truly miss my old representative Herbert. I’ll be going to the Naples Volvo now for any issues I may have in the future.

No loaners available, when this was considered a selling point of buying a car at McGrath v another Volvo dealer. When we went to grab the car there was, no one to show us where the car is, someone just said here are your keys and it’s out there somewhere. Had to find the car and back out about 400 ft then weave around to get the car out.
Just not a great first impression after buying a new xc90 since working with Range Rover service for the last 3 years. Service advisors were nice. Thanks
