It took over a month to get my bearings replaced. Zero communication with me on what the status was at any point in the process. NEVER followed up with any voicemails I left and I’m pretty sure that my phone calls were being ignored because I only got someone to answer the phone when I called off a different number. They always answered when I used a different number. Last is that I got my car back yesterday and it’s as if they never even test drive the car because it sounds worse than before. I called twice already and as expected no response.

1) Address mechanical issues on a Certified Vehicle, in advance of customer pickup. The purchased vehicle had a battery issue, as well as requiring front brakes. The battery issue resulted in a service center visit. This equates to a four hour round trip drive. 2) Acknowledge customers upon arrival. When I arrived in the service bay, all representatives were otherwise busy. I was the only customer and vehicle in the bay. A very polite female employee stepped out snd advised someone would assist me. Shortly thereafter, another customer arrived. As soon as the service representative entered the Bey, he immediately began assisting the other customer. This, despite being informed by the female staff member that I was next. The representative escorted the other customer into his office and exited after a few minutes to ask me to please have a seat in the waiting area. I don’t see this as appropriate, professional or making a first time customer feel like a priority. Frankly, it was offensive. 3) Respond to email and/or voicemail messages. The purchase was problematic, with the exception of the salesman. Multiple questions and concerns directed to you male finance representative and Used Car Manager, went unanswered. This prompted me to drive to the dealership for answers. Overall, the level of customer service was poor and I’m being generous with that rating.
