Entire staff was courteous & helpful, from making appt, dropping car off to checkout with Jackie. My car was returned entirely fixed, less expensive than I expected and as a bonus, it was cleaned inside & out. Thank you!

I was sold a car that came with broken parts, I came back the following day after purchasing the car for them to diagnose the issue and they said they did not find an issue wrong with the car. So I took the car to Audi and paid them $300 to take a look at the car and they found multiple issues. After showing them what Audi found they found that the upper arm on the front passenger side was cracked supposedly they ordered the part. I waited a week for this part to come they supposedly installed this part but as soon as I picked up my car I kept hearing the same issues so I return the car and they tell me it’s the same upper arm that’s cracked. So that is telling Me that they lied to me in the first place about ever changing the part and I had to call to find out they weren’t even going to cover the repair on my car
As always Jorge is very attentive, takes the time to fully explain the service done and goes out of his way to make sure I am completely satisfied!
