Ms Pfeiffer is the BEST. However it is obvious the management team DOES NOT require social distancing or face masks. Ms Jackie and her team were the only ones wearing masks consistently. Walking through the customer waiting areas, the show room floor, etc. I must compliment the gentleman washing cars outside. He was wearing a mask even though alone.
Rattle still present. Car washed with dirty equipment. Returned with windows dirt streaked. Software not updated.
