Jacqueline Pfeiffer is an excellent customer service representative. I will continue to have my Volvo serviced at McGrath because I have faith in follow up and communication. The detail job on my car was great although I did notice a water stain on the passenger front corner of my sunroof. I will follow up with Jacqueline next week to see what can be done.

My questions are always addressed and thoroughly answered Every person who comes into the service department is greeted with a cheerful smile, and she always answers her phone in a pleasant welcoming voice. She is the reason I come to McGrath’s in Ft. Myers rather than the Naples Volvo which is only a couple of miles from my home.
