This is the 2nd time the dealership has had my vehicle for over 3 weeks. Communication is horrible. McGrath trucks has had my vehicle almost 7 weeks out of the last 10 weeks. Front end parts were replaced, front tires were worn and not rotated prior to alleged alignment! Still rounded tires on the front. Great-full for the courtesy vehicle for the last 3.5 weeks BUT no details of the repairs that took the extended time! If your selling modified vehicles, you need to fix them in a timely fashion!

You are really busy this time of year and I think you need more than 1&1/2 people, with Jackie being all of it ! Get another person in there ! You need more service people for customer service REALLY! She did everything she could to talk to warranty office ! They were very tardy giving the ok for my evaporator! Thanks to Jacki for persevering!
