Bert was great! He got me in and out quickly and was great in terms of customer service and explained everything very well. I didn’t end up proceeding with the repair at the dealer because the markup was way too much. I ended up buying the radiator from Rockauto.com for $110 vs the $550 the dealer quoted. I wouldn’t have minded paying the dealer for labor and expertise it when the price difference is so large it’s impossible to proceed with these costly repairs at dealer prices.

Mrs. Jacquelyn is always wonderful. She has helped me on every service since I bought the car there in 2015 and I look forward to seeing her each time.

The issue is not resolved and I’ve not been informed of the status.

If not for Jacquie Phieffer I would not have gotten my rattle problem resolved. She is the best! Herbert needs to pay attention to detail. He told me my car was done with service and tire rotation, they were washing it. I replied “ no hurry I’m going to lunch. He called me at lunch to tell me my car was going to be another 1.5 hours. I replied with you “ told me the service was done”. After Herbert checked on the status of my car it actually was sitting ready to be picked up. I’m pretty sure he looked at the wrong paperwork. When arriving to pick it up I ask about the rattle. Herbert said the mechanic said it was coming from the cup holder (not even close). Thank goodness Jacquie overheard my conversation and brought my car back into the shop and resolved the issue by talking with someone in the garage . She ordered the plastic part around the rear view mirror which had a broken clip on it. Both my husband and I knew exactly where the rattle was coming from(several wedges of post it notes stopped the rattle at times). I understand Herbert is new. I suggest he double check before calling customers to say their car will be another hour and a half and also shame on the mechanic who dismissed my concern ??! Thank you for understanding my frustration in this matter. I am hopeful Jorge will address this concern to his service department.

Jackie and the staff have always been wonderful to me and I truly appreciate it, especially with a 2011 C30 T5 with 151000 miles on it and it's still running strong
