Got home and big puddle of oil under car. Sending it back down 3/4 a quart in 15mile drive. It only leaks when turbo build pressure.

I would still like to see where the water ducts on top Of sun roof down keep cleaned out- does auto car wash help or hurt?

I'm new to Fort Myers. Even though my Cars 2006 I have mostly had it serviced at a Volvo dealership. The guy in the parts department was never nice to me. I don't know why. I felt like other people there were not friendly couldn't smile and will not pleasant. When you people came up with an estimate for my car every price I thought was too high and I couldn't afford it. Especially the tires. I've never felt more uncomfortable. So you people will never fix my car. But thank you for asking from my opinion

I had to have a module that I replaced programmed, and called to inquire about having it done. I was told it would be an hour of labor to do the job. labor would be 170.00.
upon completion, my total went to 275.00! I was informed that there was a 76.26 fee for the "software" AFTER the job was completed, they also charged me 12.00 for shop supplies when they simply plugged in a computer to do the job...

Your staff is fantastic but Volvo Customer Service is terrible. You pay top dollar but when there is an issue Volvo Corporate forgets who you are.
I love my Volvo. I also love the service that I receive. Jacque is an exceptional representative of your company. She has always done everything possible to make sure you guys were able to work with my schedule and get my car serviced. Recently my mother passed away and I had forgotten to get my car serviced before making a long trip. She was able to get me scheduled and serviced before I was scheduled to leave.
Jacque is an important why I would buy my next car with Volvo!

Volvo Ft. Meyers service center was fantastic. We had an emergency and Dave and the service team took us in without and appointment and stuck with working out the problem until it was solved. If I lived in FL, this would be my dealer.
