I have been very happy with my service through Genesis.
My car was dropped off Saturday morning. I understand time was needed to order parts but I had to call mid day on monday to find out if parts arrived as promised and not all parts did but was told car would be done by noon on tuesday. Noon tuesday I called and they said it would be done by 3pm. Around 3pm I received a call that it was being pushed til 430pm. Then by 345 I received another call saying it wasnt gonna be done because it was the wrong part. I dont understand why it wasnt verified when delivered then communicated. I had to call your service area to know what was going on virtually everytime. Not having a car was difficult to plan when it could be picked up and had to string along my ride throughout each day just to find out I didnt need to have a friend drive me over there. It was inconvenient to find misinformation throughout the day and lost basically 2 whole days of work cause of the lack of communication from the start. I feel I shouldn't have had to be the one to call every other hour to get a straight answer.. you guys set me up with a rental last day when I finally did get word that it wasnt gonna be done. But that should have been offered first day parts didnt come in.
