Everything went well. But nothing was fixed about my AC. I now have to go back n get that fixed as well. Or just might as well have a trusted friend do it for me.
Anthony was courteous and accommodating in setting up the repair appointment. Once I got there, Alex made the experience stress free. He explained the process well and had a very professional demeanor throughout the two day procedure. I plan to return to Hyundai La Quinta for any future repairs.
I was very impressed with the fast service I received.Anthony went above my expectations after a terrible experience with Temecula Hyundai. I would definitely return for service after he was able to fix a ding and a faulty paint job even after warranty expired on my Elantra.

Well, I still think it needs a complete summer tune up. The noisy ride bothers me still.
Took my car to check problem with seatbelt last Thursday. I was told I would receive a call back this Monday to inform me if the part was in or not. I haven't received a call as of today which is Wednesday. I called to speak with Alex, call transferred, placed on hold, waited, no answer. Out of courtesy for customers of person is not available to answer call, someone should assist customer waiting or ask if someone other Alex can be of service. I do believe that the seatbelt problem is a safety issue each my wife or I are driving the car.

The staff ....amazing and trustworthy!
Staff is very courteous and communicated throughout my service but did not fix one of the items I requested. Said it was fine but still broken. Car was delivered dirty and I did not witness the disinfecting protocol from cdc due to the covid 19 pandemic. Very concerned .Had been advertised on tv that there is a strict protocol and deligent staff practicing the cdc guidelines. Otherwise pleased with staff this time around.
