Thank you for your service. It took longer than usual which I attributed to covid related issues for extra precautions. I was approached by gentleman who usually works with me shortly before service was completed. He apologized for the long wait & told me I would not be charged for the service (oil change & tire rotation). That was a pleasant surprise & a very nice gesture of the service dept & Hyundai dealership. d

Alex kept me informed and made himself available for all and any questions I dad. He waited a little over the time he was off to make sure I had my car to take home the same day. I had not realized that the dealership has New shorter hours
Despite being busy, they were able to fit me in
with my problem on short notice, fixed it
promptly, and I was on my way. A trunk that won't
stay down makes it problematic to drive anywhere,
so I much appreciated the effort and service. With
a friendly staff to boot. Thanks!!!

My first time visiting your service department for routine brakes service. Online appointment was flawless, arrived at the site and the pre-car covid19 check-in service lady was friendly and polite, She told me where to go to check in. I did. Alejandro Corona was everything except welcoming or friendly. The vibe I got was damn I have to help her. The female colleague gave him my paper work and said good luck. I wondered what that was about but I stood on the X until acknowledged. He failed to say a hello or how are you? He said, name, address, phone, just very robot. At 8:30 in the morning it takes nothing to be pleasant. I find people like him just don’t get it. The only interaction I had was through text. When my service was complete I paid and left. I want to thank the hardworking service technicians who actually did the work and the girl outside checking in the cars. I won’t be back. Clearly your staff at La Quinta Hyundai don’t welcome ALL people.
