My 7 month pregnant wife went for “service” which wasn’t covered by warranty. The car was there for 5 HOURS for a battery change!?!? That costs $300!?!? WTF! BS! No other things were checked on car according to paper she brought me back home other then tire pressure? WTF again!?! About the warranty, I would of never got extended warranty because warranties and Insurance are both Illusions and scams, which I’m slowly coming to learn the hard way. At a lot of cost too by the way. They cover everything but what you need them to cover. We had appointment and set time with your huge garage full of trained mechanics should have my pregnant wife in and out in WAY less time. I forced myself not to call you guys and hammer all of you for doing that to her. PS Dear Manager... Please call me if you’re able with your super busy schedule. ****-****-xxxx Alex
