Sandy was the only assistance I got with the whole Hyundai service team. 3 days without my car because I couldnt get my battery replaced over the weekend. Unheard of in the industry. Your road side assistance did everything but assist. With my previous vehicle I had several batteries replaced the whole process from start to finish within one hour. If I had known your service policy I absolutely Would not have purchased Hyundai. A woman needs to feel secure in her car and now I dread any further problem. Kudos to Sandy who stepped in to help me.
There is no reason to wait 90 min for just an oil change with an appointment on top of it and not bring so busy at the shop.

The team members at Hyundai of La Quinta have outstanding customer service! From their sales team to their parts team, and service team. Everyone is always so welcoming, helpful, and caring. Everyone is always super nice
One of your technicians came out with a list of things that needed to be done at 60,000 MI. I said if you would check your records you would see that I've had the 60,000 mi service. So to come up with a list is a bit ridiculous and they should double check their figures before they come to the customer. They also said I needed air filters wouldn't that have been handled at the 60,000? Maybe not I was a little frustrated having to set them straight on something they should have known I think. Oil change was fine.
Ms Sandy omitted the 10% discount approved, verbally, by her Manager on Aug 5, and the diagnostic $135 on June 15. She handed me the Total amount page and I can only see a 15% discount of $65.93. I don’t want to get anyone in trouble as Ms Sandy is very polite, diplomatic, and witty with everyone.
