I am guessing that the work performed was as expected. I was very disappointed in the quality of the car wash. Yes, the care was washed, but the person responsible for cleaning the windows did a horrible job. I fully understand that the car wash is done as a courtesy, but to just smear the windows and pass it on as a good job is totally unacceptable. I had to clean the windows (outside) and the side mirrors as they were horrible. If this is what i can expect, i will prefer to wash the car myself in the future. My genesis is the third one that i have leased, and quite possibly will be my last. **** logan 79700 northwood La quinta, ca 92253

Not bad service at all. Great communication from start to finish with the payment ladies. Everyone did wonderful! Ps: hot down here, maybe service personnel could offer cold water bottles for my wife and I? Other than that, awesome. Thanks!
