Jesse was very accommodating and helpful. Especially when securing an extra day of a loaner when my mom was in the hospital. He also stayed in touch throughout the process.
I think you should turn on the sxm radio to test the signal before delivery of any new vehicle. Glad the radio is being replaced but disappointed that a brand new car has a bad radio.

I have been concerned about the gas mileage I have been getting with my car, and still no answers.
Very thorough and professional. The only thing I didn't like was having to register and return loaner car at a different location across the street. I waited in line for 20 min at Auto rent to give car back. I was then told I would have to wait 15 min for my shuttle back to dealership. At this point I decided to just fight 5:00 pm weekday traffic and walk back. The process just isn't too customer friendly. Do love my Subaru thou!!
