As always my experience was great! I was nervous because I live 45 minutes away and with the pandemic, I wasn’t sure how safe I would feel. I felt as safe as one can feel. The precautions taken by everyone, and the arrangement of the waiting room was as good as it gets! I always get great service at this dealership and today was no exception. The drive to Doylestown is worth it to me. I don’t want anyone else working on my car!

As a finance and engineering guy, youR invoicing leaves a lot to be desired in terms of transparency.
I took sometime at home to review the invoice after I came home and concluded it read like a “b grade novel” , at check out one basically signs and makes payment blindly, without any ability to make the simplest audit/ test of reasonability.
I was game for using your new what appears to be a generic payment app. The first thing I notice was that the amount on the app did not agree with the paper invoice??
Jesse was outstanding and exceptional even during these trying times. He was very positive which is great to see. He is a true asset to Fred Beans and Mark is also..both have always done a consistently great job.
