Easy to work with, very accommodating, and after the 25% service discount the cost was more competitive. I intended to go elsewhere for the brake job when the original quote was over a thousand dollars. Simple pads/rotors should be <$700.

We were very pleased with the service provided to us by Jessie and Jordan.Texting us really helped to keep us in the loop with what was happening with our vehicle. The coupon we used helped to lower the total bill and we as senior citizens appreciated it. Jordan had his mask on when he picked up our car and put plastic on the seat etc. All good! Thank you. I have decided I will not be returning to Fred Beans. Part of the problem is with how extreme your prices are, the lack of a sense of trust I have with your company and billing (not just service department billing).This inspection I said my brakes were squealing, I was told I received work on them yet on the way home they were squealing just as badly. Every time I have a “free” inspection there I know I’m going to be told I need hundreds of dollars of work. I’ve had problems from the very first day buying my car from your company and I have decided I will go to the dealership closer to me for all future maintenance and purchases. If the virus was not around I probably would’ve gone back to Fred Beans one last time to see if the service department could correct the issue that was supposed to be fixed but it’s simply not worth the hassle anymore. I don’t have any more money to waste there and I simply will not be back for any reason. I would like to say that your service department customer care members are very nice and were pleasant to interact with and my many bad experiences there in no way reflects my dealings with them. There is no need for a service member to contact me after this survey thank you.

Extremely professional very accommodating very cordial. The guy Jessie next to him should take some lessons from him. I have been in your service dept several times and he is an **** and was very rude to the mechanic he thinks his **** doesn’t stink. He is like that every time I come. I called to make an app for an oil change and Jessie was a **** on the phone. Minh should get a raise and be acknowledge for his customer service.
My service advisor was very accommodating - both of them were. Minh was extremely helpful and very nice. Great service A++++
