All staff members at Fred Beans Kia are really indescribable in their amazing service. What is more, however; they are legitimately good people. Bryan in particular is predominantly the service representative whom I've dealt with in most occasions. It's comforting to know that the service will be provided with an unmatched level of competency and courtesy. I really can't say enough great things, honestly. Getting automotive repairs can be absolutely dreadful. But it is quite the opposite there. Bryan's customer service really is the catalyst for this level of comfort when getting repairs completed at that location.
I spoke with Brian this morning because when I was there on Friday 1/31/20 for oil change and tire rotation the techs alerted him that my tires were worn so Brian did offer new tires. I declined new tires and the techs mistakenly forgot to rotate my tires so Brian offered a refund. He is very pleasant and accommodating.

I received a flyer from Fred Beans advertising an Oil Change Special which included engine oil change, multi-point inspection, KIA oil filter replacement for$29.95 and an additional $10 for a tire rotation. I was charged $80+.
Always try and get me in and out and I appreciate that I'm a busy guy always friendly thank you
