I am satisfied with the vehicle service but not satisfied with Chevy not taking CDC recommendations seriously.
No one is wearing masks despite CDC recommendations. When I sent a text asking why I was told “they do not require us yet to wear masks”
I was completely satisfied and my truck was promptly returned after servicing g.
Not friendly. Didnt seem to want to help. Said he was too busy to make a call to the warranty company when he asked me a question I didnt know the answer to.
A+ for the service quality received from Glen & Team MAZZEI Chevrolet especially in the face of this Covid-19 pandemic .

I really was excited to learn that I can still charge my Volt without my special charger and that there is a charger in the car that I can plug it. It worked!!! That saved me a ton of money! Wish I had found out sooner but this was great!Thank you so much.!

Service was great. My only disappointment was that though there were sign up everywhere on cautions about COVID 19. The staff themselves were not washing hands or wearing mask
