I was very happy with Glenn. He is a very nice man. What I was not happy with was this. Obviously someone in service while working on my car turned the air conditioning on full blast. I had about 45% battery when I dropped the car off which was plenty to get home. When I got in it to bring it home I had about 30% battery. There was a great deal of traffic on my way to you so I knew my car would not make it home. So I sat for over an hour at a charging station getting enough charge to get home to Sacramento.
The other thing that bothered me was when I was giving the loaner it had 3/4 tank gas. When I brought it back it had 3/4 tank of gas. I was still charged nearly $11 for gasoline. Get your satellite system fixed.
My overall impression of your dealership is this. You have some really find people like my salesman and Mr Ehredt. But you need to work on some inner structure. For instance Ryan in finance spelled my name wrong on my contract and got my address wrong, everything else on the paperwork was right so I didn’t look at the tiniest print. As soon as I discovered it I called Ron, who I really like, and he said he would take care of it. Then Ryan called me Days later and I had to give him that information. That seems odd to me since we had filled out multiple pieces of paper and everything was right but that one. Couldn’t he just look at the other ones?
My experience today with Glenn was great interpersonally. But I watched that poor man struggle with his printer for half an hour. He is a great guy, give him equipment that works. I was bothered by the fact that another customer came in no mask and no one said anything to him. He seem to be good friends of the other service fellow, I believe his name is Toni. I know people are tired of wearing them but it is mandated by the governor.
I really enjoy my Nissan leaf, I really enjoyed working with Ron, I also enjoyed working with Glenn. There are just some problems you need to work on

I filled out everything that my car needed done and the advisor did not look at any of the information. He only put the car in the system for a oil and tire rotation. Just poor service. I purchased every warranty that your dealerships had to offer at the highest levels of service so I would be taken care of. But so far I have only been taken. I can’t even get a loaner car and I was told at the time of buying my car I would get a loaner. Your service department treatment is terrible. Treating me like I’m bringing them a 10 year old car with no warranty. Shameful! I’ll be back for the next seven years only because that is the service I purchased. Not to Worry I will always be a good customer because I refuse to be shameful. Your review will reflect my displeasures or Gratefulness
