In the past I have not been satisfied with the customer service at your dealership. I didn’t feel the service people were very courteous or responsive. But today I had a good experience with Glen. He was very courteous.

I got towed in for service on a hot day with my family in the suv . Nick offered water and made sure my SUV was safely parked for the weekend awaiting service on fuel pump. He called and verified prices with good explanation and called again when service was complete . Texts were also appreciated, great service and I will be back for suv service and my new truck in the near future . Thanks
