Fast and friendly service
Arrived at 0830 for a scheduled 9:00 am oil change package and 27 pt inspection appt. Did not finish till almost 1030. A lady that arrived 30 mins after me got done in half an hr and i was still there an hr. Does not make any sense. Also i had to request the 27 pt inspection report which they fail to furnish to me for the past yr which is why i asked for it. I should not be doing that. It should be automatic.
Service was done promptly and Nick was very helpful. He kept me informed of the progress of my car and was a pleasure to work with.
