Ty was friendly, helpful and very communicative regarding the service on our truck. He checked in with me a few times throughout the morning since I was there awhile. He also spoke to my husband in reference to the truck & offered to accommodate us by shipping an on order part to save us a return trip. Excellent service in every way!
