Again Ty went above and beyond, ensuring that I, and my vehicle were taken care of. Still just can't fathom the failures I have experienced with this supposed quality vehicle manufactured by Lincoln. Simply disappoints me to no end.
Time it took to complete, and be job was not repaired properly had to return the vehicle to be worked on.
From looking at a car to driving it home, I have received nothing but the best customer service from Nicolas Roberts, my point of contact at the London, OH branch. He far exceeded my expectations with regards to helping choose the right vehicle to suit my requirements, solving problems that arose, and deserves recognition for his outstanding service!

Ty is an asset to your group, I'm only sorry I had to meet him this way, firstly was when the engine blew in my MKC, now a failed transmission, oh so disappointed in Lincoln at this point.
John was a great help with the issue. However after driving an hour to the dealership, I sat for nearly 4 hours for nothing to be accomplished. I then left only knowing that I would have to drive back out again and that the Internet was to blame. When I came back the second time, my issue was solved, but John did tell me they had issues at first and again, Internet was a problem, thus they needed to use an employees hotspot to make it work. To me, if you know that ford requires fast internet, then I would assume the dealership would invest in faster internet. 4 hours of driving, gallons & gallons of gas as well as countess hours spent at the dealership could have been avoided if there was faster internet and if the first tech was trained properly & knew what he was doing, it was apparent that with items in my car moved that he didn’t know.
Shane, John, and Howard are all such nice people and they take such good care of me. Thank you for everything you guys do.
