I was told my service should take 2 hours I got to your service fest at 0800 AM and was told I should have my before 10:00 AM or around 10:00 Am I was happy that I was offered a loaner car but I waited till 13:30 before I got my car back especially that I live in alpine Texas but over all she did well I’m not holding anything against her it’s just that I was not counting on waiting for 5 hours when I was the first car to be serviced
