We are fairly new BMW owners and aren’t used to the maintenace needed. I was confused on the services being performed and was shocked when my bill was double what I expected. It also took an hour longer than quoted. He discussed with me what services were actually done, realized how I was confused in the wording and services and was very kind. He didn’t make me feel like I was stupid (even though I already felt that way on my own) and didn’t talk down to me. He rectified the situation beyond expectations and when I was ready to never return, even for services, he really changed my outlook and mind on trusting Sewell BMW. Thanks so much! The Adams

Very pleased with my service with Ronnie Guidry. Very professional and kept me informed. Shout out to the car wash guys... They have really stepped it up a notch! My car looked great when I picked it up!

My wife's car was not fixed after the service was done ,it is an under warranty job. It is running worse after the service was completed plus it started smoking ,i took it back to bmw midland .this car run great can even hear it running when it's idling. I hope your tech aand your team comes through, I have been satisfied with bmw staff and their work in the past ,thank you Michael

Everything was satisfactory. The only problem I have with is since I bought the car, the tire sensors go off for no reason. I have had it checked before and they said they could not fix it. Then, I come for the check-up and they say the sensor is missing and want to charge me $500.00! BMW are the only ones that have touched my car. I am very familiar with foreign cars and the way they operate. I wish they would have been truth about the sensor.
