Jenn was a super star she had helped multiple people while she was handling and still made my battery swap happen before I had to go to work on a scale of 1-10 she was a 15 and because of her i was able to have one of the most productive days at work knowing my jeep service was supervised by jenn. I was on vacation til Monday, and told the before they serviced my car, and they are now charging me extra days for the rental. I am still covered under warranty. This is ridiculous!
