Andy insisted for me to not get my car serviced yet because my oil percent was at 40%. After I told him I wanted to do it, he obliged and warned me that it would push my future appointments by 3000miles. I appreciated this greatly. When I had previously called to set up an appointment, the person would not let me because she kept saying it was too early. It was a hassle to set up my appointment while getting advised to not change the oil until the light went on.

Christian Aviles and another older male employee whom I didn't get his name, were extremely rude and made me very upset with their attitudes and not wanting to help me until I practically had to force them. This experience makes me think twice about ever going back and much less sending family and friends to this Honda Dealership. Noemi M
