The visit we good and fast
Not happy with the customer service I received today. I had to look for someone to help me when I arrived. Oil change too long and the attempt to wash my car was not complete.I got a wet car and when I asked what happen the gentlemen that brought my car out said the blower probably went out. I will not be returning to this dealership.
Juan always gives me his honest opinion on what needs to be done to my car and I trust him for that I will always take my car to him
Gabriel was excellent. Got it all fixed and worked with us every step of the way. Prices were higher than we would've liked but I am very happy and satisfied with our experience. Glad to know we can put our trust in El Monte Honda and their mechanics. Very professional and job well done.
Nick is very kind. Wish all the employees at the service department were like him. Only thing is that I wish they would come up to the car because I don’t know the employees names so I didn’t know who my advisor was.
