In the beginning when I asked if I had my oil change coverage because I just bought my car right away a sales guy said “nope it’s 69.99 like if I didn’t wanna pay for it he was very rude. Ok then they did a tire rotation and now it’s showing like if I have no air ,, but right before I took it it didn’t show any signs of no air in the tires. Now I have to be driving with no air until I have time to go and check it out

I take the car for Ow20 full Syth oil change and recall . But it is replaced by 5w20 conventional oil and charge me $48.99 plus tax which not the coupon said 0w20. No one tell me will use 5w20. My schedule is 7:00am, but today technican start to work at 8:00am. No info in the appointment system tell customer about that and I need to wait until 10:15am to pick up my car.

Ryan Perez provided the best possible customer service o could have asked for when visiting El Monte Honda for a battery change. He took care of my car and went above and beyond when I kindly requested if he was able to provide my car with a wash. My day was transformed from a bit disappointed that my car battery went out of me to better with the experience that Ryan provided me at El Monte Honda. I can tell he brings a great asset to the team!
