I came to the El Monte Honda service center pretty late without an appointment for an oil change. The service staff let me know they had other cars they needed to service first but were able to squeeze me in with a wait time of 1.5 hrs so I could get my car back before closing. I got my car back within the expected time, and needed the oil change badly before a long road trip, so overall it was great service!

My only concern is the up selling of services that are not needed. I was informed of other recommended services that cost an additional $300. I immediately called a family member who is a mechanic and was informed that those additional services were not needed and never needed. I don’t like this practice of up selling services that are not needed just to make money off of customers.
