Very professional!!! Asked all the right questions to get what was needed to help me. They came back into the waiting room with info of what work needed to be done. With 20 mins they were finished and I was on my way. Total wait time was approx 45. Not bad for a Saturday. Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Andika was very friendly when accommodating my mom and I during our visit at the Honda Service Center. He made sure to explain what needed to be done and why. We felt comfortable to ask questions and he was able to address any concerns we had. Overall, we are both very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you, Andika!

Phillip was great, kept his distance, wore a mask, friendly, polite and made me feel I was important. Nothing I experienced at Goudy Honda where I purchased the vehicle. I will definitely bring my accord back but look forward to Phillip assisting me. Phillip deserves a big thank you for doing the right thing!!????????????????????
