The reason why I was not completely satisfied is because I knew what was wrong with my car but I know I still had to pay to get a diagnostic test on my vehicle. So I did but when I receive a call about the problems I had no certainty when I should be getting because I did not pay for assumptions. To be nice though I took the advice and still had the same problems. I returned my car again and this time had my car fixed and it was fast. So thank you for for understanding how important it is for me to have the car to commute. I also did have updates quickly which is a plus I don't like being the one following up if I'm the customer. They also double checked policy so I did not have to pay more out of pocket. I will say I don't blame it on the adviser who assisted me because he is not the one working on the car..the technicians need to stop going around the issue.

They didn’t check the fluids on my car

Had a great experience taking my Honda to this dealership, people are really nice there and you definetly feel Welcome. Cooper is the guy to go to if you need assistance with your car, explains everything well and goes over it couple times to verify

They are very professional and helpful. My car finished with change oil in an hour. I only go to this place for my car maintenance. Highly recommend

I’m having too many issues with my car which I purchased in 2019 and the workers always dismiss my concerns even with video proof and it feels like they don’t work on it or half **** it to shut me up because I still have the same issues.i will not be purchasing another vehicle from this establishment.
